How much does audio visual hire cost in the UK?
It depends on the room and the day. PA packages start from £118 dry hire. Full operated conference setups start around £2,000. We quote per event after a free venue walkthrough so the kit is sized to the audience.
Do you cover events outside Manchester?
Yes. Manchester city is the home base. The regular service area runs Liverpool to Leeds, plus Cheshire and Lancashire. For higher-budget streamed and national events we go further (London, Birmingham, Edinburgh).
What AV equipment do you hire?

Do you operate the kit or just deliver?
Both. Dry hire (you collect and operate), Delivered (we set up and tune, you run the day), or Operated (a technician stays on for the event). For AGMs, panels and conferences we recommend Operated.
What is the minimum order?
Two-speaker PA dry hire from £118. The full lectern + mic + PA + screen rig starts around £1,000 delivered. No minimum on enquiries or walkthroughs.
