Every attendee will clearly see, and clearly hear, every word of your event.
No room is too long, narrow, reverberant or full to get this right. We put the kit where it needs to go, scoped to your venue.
What the guarantee actually means
It means we walk your venue before quoting, size the kit to the room (not to a price list), and have an operator on the day if you choose the operated tier. If a guest cannot see or cannot hear, that is a fault on us, not something for you to argue about at the back of the room.
It does not mean we promise outcomes we cannot control (an unprepared speaker, a power cut, a venue locking the room early). We can guarantee the AV layer of your event lands cleanly. The rest is yours to run.
How the guarantee gets earned, step by step
- Walkthrough. We walk the room in person. Ceiling height, audience layout, mains points, load-in route, installed kit.
- Written spec. The kit list, the operator level, the price. Sized to your room, not a price-list line.
- Setup + tune. Kit goes up in your load-in window. PA tuned to the room. Mics line-checked.
- Operator on the day. Same person who walked the room. Watching levels, swapping batteries, calmly.
- De-rig and follow-up. Kit packed, venue tidy, recording delivered if part of the brief.

What the guarantee does not cover
- Mains power failures or venue-side electrical faults outside our kit
- A speaker, host or panellist who does not engage with the mic we provided
- Content delivered late, broken or in a format we cannot run from
- Late-stage venue changes that block the agreed setup window
If something on the day looks like it might fall outside the guarantee, the operator will tell you in plain English at the time, not blame you on the invoice afterwards.
