What to include in your enquiry

Date + venue
The date and the venue name are enough to start. If the venue isn’t booked yet, give us a rough postcode.
Audience size
A rough headcount is the biggest single driver of kit size. Doesn’t need to be final, just realistic.
Event format
AGM? Panel? Gala dinner? Brand activation? The format tells us which mic plot, lighting plot and screens you actually need.
Budget band
Even a rough band (£500 / £2k / £5k+) lets us scope kit that fits, instead of two rounds of back-and-forth.

How quickly will Steven get back to me?
Same working day if you send the form before 4pm. If after 4pm or over the weekend, written reply by 11am the next working day. Email goes to Steven directly and usually gets a response inside two working hours during office hours.
Can I call out of hours?
Yes, on the same number. Out-of-hours calls go to voicemail and are returned the next working day. For urgent on-event-day issues, leave a voicemail with the venue name and we’ll call back fast.
How do I book a free venue walkthrough?
Send the form below or call 0161 570 0177. We’ll come back with two or three windows that work for both of us. Walkthroughs are usually weekdays between 10am and 4pm.
Where do I collect dry-hire kit?
From our Salford workshop, by appointment. Bring photo ID and a payment card. Most dry-hire collections take fifteen minutes including a hand-over briefing. The flagship lectern rig fits in a hatchback; the full PA needs a small van.
Do I have to book a walkthrough before getting a quote?
No. We can send an indicative price from the venue name + audience size + format alone. The walkthrough is what turns that indicative number into a final written quote.
Do you take enquiries via WhatsApp or LinkedIn?
WhatsApp is fine for quick updates once we’re working together. For the initial enquiry, please use the form or email so the brief lands in one place. LinkedIn is fine for introductions but Steven prefers email for the actual brief.
Can you handle a late-notice booking?
Often, yes. If you’ve been let down by another supplier, call us and tell us the date. We’ll check the kit calendar in real time and tell you honestly whether we can step in. Switching AV supplier in Manchester covers how that usually goes.
What if my venue is outside Manchester?
Greater Manchester boroughs are the regular run. Cheshire, Lancashire, Liverpool and Leeds are also routine. Venues further afield (London, Birmingham) are still possible. Get in touch with your venue and date and we’ll talk through travel.
