How quickly can you get AV kit to a Liverpool venue?
We’re Salford-based, so the van is rolling within an hour of confirmation for most Liverpool addresses. For same-day swap-outs we can usually drive a spare in within an hour or two depending on traffic.
What if our Liverpool venue already has installed AV?
Often the venue’s installed system is sized for background music or general conferencing, not for clean speech reinforcement and a usable recording. We can supplement (mics, recording, lighting) or replace where the installed kit will not hold the see-and-hear guarantee. The walkthrough is where we decide.

Tenanted offices, secure sites and stadium suites need crew names submitted ahead of time. Confirm with your venue contact the day before to avoid a stand-around at reception.
Pre-book the load-in window
Theatre, hotel and busy-venue loading bays run on strict timetables. Pre-book the slot with the stage door or events team and plan smaller-footprint kit where it’s tight.
Plan around rush-hour traffic
Most of the routes into our coverage area grind from late afternoon. If doors are at 6pm, plan a load-in well before 4pm so the van isn’t sitting in traffic at handover.
Walk the room before quoting it
Mixed ceiling heights, irregular floor plans and reflective hard surfaces all change the rig. We always walk a new venue before sending a final number.
