Can you call the show as well as run the AV?
Yes. On the operated tier the same person runs music, screen, mics and lighting from one chair. We work to your run order with cue points for each category, so the host gets walk-up music, a winner credit on screen and a hot handheld every time.
Do you record the speeches for the highlights reel?
Yes. A multitrack audio recording from every mic, plus a screen-and-camera feed, is part of every operated awards package. We hand over a file set that an editor can cut into a highlights video without redoing audio sync.
How do you handle winners who freeze or run long?
A live mic, a calm operator and a play-off music cue. We don’t cut anyone short on a stuck word; we ride the level, give them a clean play-off when the host needs to move on, and the room stays warm.
How quickly can you respond to an awards enquiry?
Same working day. Steven answers his own enquiries. If you send the form before 4pm we’ll get a written response back the same day with a date for a walkthrough.
Do you cover venues outside Manchester city centre?

Will the rig stay tidy on camera for press and PR?

What if our awards venue already has installed AV?
Most installed systems aren’t built for fast cue-to-cue awards-night workflows. We can supplement (winner mics, screen, show-call) or replace where the installed rig won’t hold the pace.
