Larger AGMs with hybrid streaming or 300+ attendees are quoted per event after a free walkthrough, so we can size the kit honestly.
Do you record the audio of resolutions for the minutes?
Yes. A multitrack audio recording from the mics is part of every operated AGM package. The company secretary or scrutineer gets a clean file that lines up to the agenda, so any resolution can be played back if the wording is queried later.
How do you handle shareholder Q&A from the floor?
Two wireless handheld microphones are part of the standard AGM kit. The operator hands them to shareholders as they stand to speak, which keeps the audio clean for both the room and the recording. It also stops a question being missed because someone was too quiet from the back.
Can you support a hybrid AGM with remote shareholders?
Yes. We patch the room audio into Teams or Zoom, feed slides cleanly to remote attendees, and pipe remote questions back into the room PA so everyone hears them. The hybrid AGM run is essentially the operated package plus a stream feed. Hybrid event production covers the full stack.
How quickly can you respond to an AGM enquiry?

What about voting results displayed on screen?
We patch any voting platform (Lumi, Mentimeter, Slido, custom) into the room screen, alongside the slide deck. The audience sees the resolution wording and the live result without the chair having to read both off a clipboard.
Will you cover venues outside Manchester city centre?
Yes. Greater Manchester boroughs (Salford, Stockport, Trafford, Bolton), Cheshire, Lancashire, and Liverpool to Leeds for the regular run. AGM venues outside that map (London, Birmingham) are still possible, get in touch with your venue and date.
What if our AGM venue already has installed AV?
Often the venue’s installed system is sized for background music or generic conferencing, not for clean Q&A and a usable recording. We can supplement (mics, recording, hybrid feed) or replace where the installed kit will not hold the see-and-hear guarantee. The walkthrough is where we decide.
