Most AV companies quote one tier and either over-staff your event or leave you understaffed. We quote three. Pick the one that fits.

Three tiers, one kit catalogue underneath. The walkthrough decides which tier suits your event.

Dry hire (up to £350)

You collect from our Salford workshop, set up, run the event, return. Suits production companies, freelance engineers, in-house AV teams who already own the workflow. Entry is a £118 two-speaker PA.

Delivered (from £400)

We bring it, set it up, tune the room, hand it over, collect after. Your team runs the event day. For in-house marketing, venue staff and event teams who want the kit ready when doors open.

Operated (from £2,000)

We bring it, set it up, and we stay. Same operator your whole event. Mic handovers, battery swaps, level riding. Recommended for AGMs, panels, gala dinners and awards nights.

How to pick the level you actually need

  • If your team includes a technical lead, dry hire usually fits.
  • If your team is event-management-strong but light on AV, delivered is the right ladder rung.
  • If your event has speakers, sponsors, press or shareholders watching, operated is what we’d quote in your shoes.
